If you are a costumer hoping to get your hands on this one nifty gadget, aside from the specifications there are still things that you must know. And one of which are the problems or the things lacking in the new iPad. So before heading out and buying this one, here are some bullets lacking you might want to have yet it isn’t there.

Feature 1: No camera. Even if iPad is equipped with Wi-FI capability for you to access the net and possibly upload pictures and videos, this gadget has no camera to begin with. For those individuals who always want to capture every single instance of their life, then I suggest buying the iPad wouldn’t do you any good.

Feature 2: No USB ports. iPad by information has one major socket for its so called universal use. But do take note that this port is also engineered to be Apple generated as well. This means that only Apple products can easily be attached to it. Other USB ports that you know will somehow not be inclined to intertwine with the said device. Thus, this can be an extra hassle especially if you have your own piece of gadget that is not associated with the said company brand.

Feature 3: No flash support. If you had been goofing around Facebook and playing all sorts of games in different genres, you might find the iPad inappropriate for this one. Though, this gadget can allow you to access the Internet because of its Wi-Fi ready capability, there are some sites and applications that you can’t load. And the biggest here is with regards to Flash applications. Thus, don’t expect to visit your Farm Ville using iPad for it will definitely not take you into it.

Feature 4: Other necessary features. There are other matters and concerns that computer users can’t really find no matter how you tilt your iPad. There are still many features lacking and insufficient in this one. First, this gadget is not suggested with regards to instant messaging. You might notice that iPad relies on touch sensors thus you might be pretty witty with regards to messaging involving the screen. Another thing is that when the messaging is close, no notifications will be sent unlike Blackberry. It can’t even perform word processing, presentations and spreadsheets. Thus, don’t expect a virtual office on this one.

These are just some of the features that are not yet instilled on the iPad. Thus, these may really present some iPad problems especially to individuals who had become dependent on their notebook or mobile phones. Though, it can do more and better compared to other modes but it still has a long way to go to compete with what the market has now.

Since this piece of gadget is WiFi ready, you can access varying sites that you want like Youtube, Twitter or Facebook. If you are fond of reading, it can also support PDF format. Thus, you can access and read comics, e-books, newspapers, magazines and much more. If you are a music buff, then this is also perfect for you since it supports almost all types of format plus direct connection to iTunes. 

3. Totality. All in all the new iPad is the best gadget of this year. It allows touch screen functionalities making it user friendly for others. Its battery life is excellent as it can last for 10-12 hours depending on the use. It can support web browsing to your favorite sites and you can even perform normal emails. It even has 3G plus GPS. Thus you can utilize it as a personal navigation tool for you. Much more, it still offers a lot more than I can even describe.

These are just some of the three famous areas and aspects of iPad. In fact, as stated there are still more waiting to be discovered and to seen by others. But do take note this is not a laptop or notebook substitute. But this is even more than a e-book reader, your cell phone and your music player combined. Thus what are you waiting for, get a hold of iPad, the hottest gadget this season.

2009 Review Of The Amazon Kindle 2 Vs. Sony Reader Prs-700

Two of the hottest ebook readers on the market in 2009 are the Amazon Kindle 2 and the Sony Reader PRS-700. These two ebook readers bring the user an incredible reading experience, on a level that has not been seen before. Anyone who is new to ebook readers and who wants to buy one needs to read the following comparison of the Amazon Kindle 2 vs. Sony Reader. This will show you how to choose between them and how they compare.
Price
Of course the price is one of the biggest factors in any electronic device so let's compare them first. The Amazon Kindle 2 is now priced at $359, whereas the Sony Reader is a little more expensive at $399. If you want to judge on price then the Kindle is the winner, saving $40.
Size and Weight
The size and weight of these gadgets don't really give one distinct advantage over the other. The Sony Reader PRS-700 weighs around 10 oz., the Kindle 2 just slightly over that. The Sony Reader is a bit wider and thicker, while the Kindle is a couple inches longer. In any case, both are very convenient to carry around.
Display
The weight of both the Amazon Kindle 2 and the Sony Reader PRS-700 are very closely matched. The Sony Reader is exactly 10 oz and a little lighter than the Kindle 2. In terms of size, the Amazon Kindle 2 is slimmer than the Sony Reader. The PRS-700 is wider and thicker than the Kindle , but this is minimal. As such they are both very convenient for everyday use and don't require much space to carry.
Wireless Capabilities
The Kindle 2 has a major benefit that the Sony Reader does not. This is because the Kindle has wireless capabilities as it makes use of the Whispernet technology. This gives access to free wireless coverage in the US via Sprint's 3G high speed network - the Sony Reader does not have this functionality. This is really one of the main buying factors for the Kindle 2, and something that the Sony cannot compete with. Anyone with a Kindle 2 can choose from 240,000 ebooks, magazines, blogs and magazines from the Kindle library. This is a huge library that that Sony users do not have. Supported Formats

You will need to email the PDF to Kindle support and have it converted if you want to use it. The Sony Reader is better than the Kindle 2 in this respect.
Storage Capacity
The Kindle 2 can hold 2GB of internal memory, whereas the PRS-700 can hold 250mb. However, where the Sony Reader really shines is by using memory cards. The Kindle 2 does allow the use of external memory cards. The Sony Reader can support 16GB of external memory which is really convenient for people who like to carry lots of information with them.
Battery Life and Charge Time
Both of the ebooks have the same statistics when it comes to battery life, with both able to read for 2 weeks on one full charge. The main difference here is that the Kindle 2 can be used with wireless turned on, which means that the battery life is reduced to four days of life. The charge time for both the Sony and Kindle 2 is 2 hours. You just need an AC wall charger or USB device. The USB device takes 4 hours to charge. Both ebook readers' score equal points on this test.
The Bottom Line 2009 Comparison of the Amazon Kindle 2 vs Sony eBook Reader:
Although it's not a total knock out for the Kindle over the Sony Reader, it's close! The Amazon Kindle 2 remains the better ebook reader hands-down. The price, breadth of content, wireless capabilities, and overall design improvements of the Amazon Kindle 2nd generation makes it a clear winner over the Sony Reader 700.

How much does the Amazon Kindle Ebook Reader Cost in New Delhi, India? And where would it be available?

I'm asking for the NON Wi-fi version, because all I want to do is upload ebooks into the reader and read away. I don't want to purchase any ''copyright'' pdf file for a dozen of $ everytime. I just need information about the Kindle version which lets you upload pdf files from your PC into Kindle without any hassles. No unlocking(as in for an Iphone)
